Our Mission

NLR was founded in 1976 by Dr. David Hubbard and a partner. NLR has been directed by Dr. Hubbard since 1978 and after several moves within the greater Milwaukee area, the main office has been located in Waukesha, Wisconsin near Goerke's Corners for the last sixteen years. Clinical Director Dr. Dan Green joined NLR in 1988 and Director of Neuropsychological Services Dr. Terry Young began his affiliation with NLR in 1991. Currently, NLR has a professional staff of 12, including psychologists, neuropsychologist, psychiatrist, social workers, professional counselors, and marriage and family therapist. The clinic maintains full support and business services. Consistent throughout NLR's 29 year history has been our commitment, as expressed in our mission statement, to "provide professional services within a Christian framework."
