TELETHERAPY PSYCHOLOGICAL AND COUNSELING SERVICES OFFERED IN WISCONSIN, MICHIGAN, AND NEBRASKA

Teletherapy psychological and counseling services have become common in the last several years. We are now able to offer these services throughout the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Nebraska. Teletherapy has been shown to be an effective and viable alternative to in-person counseling for many people. Research has shown effectiveness in treating anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), couples counseling, and other concerns. Additionally, teletherapy offers several advantages such as in increased accessibility, the option to receive Christian oriented services in communities with limited resources, increased privacy, and the ability to receive treatment from the comfort of one's home.

FIRST STEPS

Is it time? One of the hardest steps is having the courage to take the first one. We hope you can acknowledge that you are trying your absolute best, and in fact, have utilized what you know to be your resources to manage this. When these attempts have not been effective, it is time.
Appointments, both in-person and via teletherapy, on average are being scheduled two to six weeks after taking the first step.
