Identify that you are interested in receiving services for yourself or other family members.

You will be asked to provide some basic information. If you have insurance, you will be asked for information available on your insurance card. If you do not have insurance, state that you will be cash pay.

New Life Resources will call your insurance company and ask for benefits. We ask that you do the same. Please know your plan including your deductible, copay and coinsurance.

You will be contacted for an in-take interview by phone, assigned to an appropriate therapist, and then scheduled for an appointment.
