Wellness Is evident when... one can live in the realization and acceptance of both the past and the present with realistic hope for the future. one is able to spontaneously experience their own thoughts, interpretations, and emotional reactions regarding the present situation, adapting and adjusting to the reality of the situation, and allow each to have their appropriate place in experience and relationships. one can identify, accept, and manage their own needs, including their dependencies. one can submit the elf to God with reverence of God and acceptance of self, able to extend and give them self in service to others. one can choose to submit them self to another with full respect for both the self and the other person. one can receive forgiveness for God, others, and the self and offer forgiveness to others and self.. one can realistically discern responsibility, separating self from other, and effectively manage their arenas of responsibility, such as personal life, family and friends, service, and job. one can allow the self intimacy with others, revealing th4e self to others and receiving and accepting others while maintaining their appropriate identity and boundaries, to be interdependent. one accepts the self realistically, as God sees them, with a cohesive sense of identity ("Who I am") as a person of great value with a sin nature who God desires will come to him and rely on God. one loves God with "all your heart with all your soul and with all your mind...Love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 22:37-39). IS NOT...
