Diana Sadler
M.A., LPC-IT
Our constant striving to measure up leaves us exhausted, ashamed, and feeling alone. Diana values developing strong client-counselor relationships that create a safe space for clients to be heard, valued, and lean into growth. She believes that each individual is deeply valuable and has the potential to meet goals and live a balanced and healthy life. Diana’s hope is that each person will grow in their ability to utilize their strengths, skills, and resiliency to impact their relationships for the better.
Diana has worked in full-time ministry since 2011, serving in a variety of roles and working with people of all ages. Through her time in ministry, Diana developed a passion for helping prevent burnout and helping others develop communication skills in relationships, whether personal or professional. Her desire is to walk alongside those who are seeking to create health in their mental, physical, spiritual, and social lives. When not serving in ministry or working, Diana enjoys leaning into her creativity through making gourmet chocolates.
Diana’s approach is faith-based and emotionally focused. She received her education through a faith-based university and has worked in private and community settings.
