Jessica Bruni

MSW, LCSW

Jess is a licensed therapist who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for people navigating emotional challenges, difficult experiences, and major life changes. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and Jess strives to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, a life transition, or simply feeling stuck, you do not have to face it alone.

Jess draws from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), while tailoring therapy to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Together, you and Jess can work to better understand what you are going through, develop practical coping tools, process painful experiences, and create meaningful change. Jess views therapy as a collaborative process and values building a trusting relationship where you can feel comfortable being yourself.

For people who wish to include spirituality in therapy, Jess also offers a faith-based approach. If you would like to explore your concerns and experiences from a Christian perspective, Jess can thoughtfully integrate faith and biblical principles into therapy in a way that respects your beliefs and supports your goals. Jess believes faith can be a meaningful source of hope, strength, healing, and purpose, and she would be honored to support you as you move toward greater growth and well-being.

Jess has experience in working with adolescents and adults across the lifespan. She is currently seeing clients at (locations listed here) as well as virtually.
